Job Description

The role is to ensure that high quality standards are maintained for all process for BAPS (Finance and Sales Business Administration) and be a Single point of contact for Quality related issues for BAPS. Good in Analyzing fatal errors and non-fatal errors/reports which are impacting the process and take corrective/preventive action. Conduct process and quality trainings (i.e. White belt, Yellow Belt, Six Sigma).

Quality Checks
  • Identifying areas of risk and make recommendations on operation improvement.
  • Implements, performs and documents assigned control reviews.
  • Participate in design of quality parameters & standards (SOP).
  • Ensure that quality review methodology for all processes is updated.
  • Identify the gaps in current process & systems, in order to improve overall quality of deliverables. Conduct RCA and share CAPA.
  • Conduct monthly calibration exercise with stakeholders and publish reports.
  • Prepare and analyze internal and external quality reports for management staff review.
  • Report to top management on the performance of the QMS (e.g., results of quality audits, corrective actions), including the need for improvement.
Interaction with Stakeholders/employees
  • Regular sessions with production team members, Leads and Stakeholders.
  • Conduct refresher trainings.
Knowledge & SLA capitalization
  • Conduct various initiatives for quality improvement like idea weeks, idea factory, etc.
  • Create and update SOP on regular basis.
  • Maintain & drive process updates tracker.
  • Conduct process knowledge test.
  • Conduct quality / Six Sigma Sessions.
  • Drive Six Sigma and improvement projects leading to man-hours savings
  • Change management
  • Harmonization of processes and discuss convergence with stakeholders

Salary: INR 10,00,000 - 20,00,000 P.A.
